Refund policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any difference, the Romanian version prevails.
We want the clothes you choose to fit perfectly. If they are not what you expected or the size is wrong, you can return them on the terms below, under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights.
1. 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or a person you designate (other than the courier), take possession of the Products. If an order arrives in several parcels, it starts when you receive the last parcel.
2. How to return
- Tell us before the 14 days are up by emailing contact@happynest.ro with your order number and the Products you are returning. You may use the withdrawal form below, but you don’t have to: any clear statement is enough.
- Send the Products within 14 days of telling us, to: HAPPY NEST PLAYLAND S.R.L., Sat Salicea, Com. Ciurila, No. 104G, postal code 407236, Cluj County, Romania.
You pay the direct cost of returning the Products. Please use a tracked shipping method and do not send the parcel cash on delivery.
3. Condition of the Products
You may handle the Products as you would in a shop: try them on for size and examine them. Please return them unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and, if possible, in their original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; in that case we may reduce the refund accordingly.
4. Refunds
4.1. We refund all amounts paid for the returned Products, including the original standard delivery cost (pro rata if you return only part of an order whose delivery was charged once), within 14 days of the day you told us about your withdrawal.
4.2. We may withhold the refund until we have received the Products back or you have sent us proof of shipping, whichever is earlier.
4.3. Refunds are made using the payment method used for the order. For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us.
5. Exchanging a size
The quickest way is to return the Product as described above and place a new order for the size you need. If you need help, email contact@happynest.ro.
6. Exceptions
Under art. 16 of OUG no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to:
- products made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. For hygiene reasons, underwear (boxers, briefs) can only be returned unworn, in its original sealed packaging, where the Product is delivered sealed.
7. Damaged or non-conforming products
If you receive a damaged, wrong or faulty Product, email contact@happynest.ro as soon as possible with your order number and photos. In that case we cover the shipping costs and, at your choice, replace the Product or refund you. You also have all the rights under OUG no. 140/2021 on the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery.
8. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
