Shipping policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver by courier throughout Romania and to the countries available at checkout.

2. Shipping cost

• Romania: 20 lei per order.
• International: 88 lei per order.

The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Delivery times

We ship orders within 3–5 working days of placing them. Once the parcel is handed over, courier delivery in Romania usually takes 1–2 working days; for international deliveries it depends on the destination country. Busy periods (campaigns, holidays) may take longer. In any case, your order is delivered within 30 days of being placed; if we cannot meet that deadline, we will tell you and you may cancel the order with a full refund.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with the tracking number.

4. Receiving your parcel

Please check the parcel on delivery, in front of the courier. If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse it or ask the courier for a damage report, and let us know at contact@happynest.ro. If you find a damaged or wrong Product after opening the parcel, email us as soon as possible with photos; see also our Return policy.

If you are not home, the courier will contact you to try again. Parcels not delivered because of incorrect contact details or an unjustified refusal can only be resent for a new shipping fee.

5. Deliveries outside the European Union

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT or other local charges. These are not included in the Product or shipping price and are paid by the recipient.
